Self excluded, contact support request for payout of my Vip loyalty dollars accrued legitimately while I was playing at the casino and they advised me that they voided them once I self excluded and refused to pay them out despite several requests.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this case. At the point where you self-excluded Lucky247 are prohibited from engaging in any further promotional activities.

The Loyalty Point program offered by Lucky247 does not offer cash rewards, but converts points to bonuses. Bonuses are a promotional activity that require further play before the funds can be considered for cashout. This would obviously be entirely contrary to any self-exclusion agreement.

Further to this, the points expire 3 months after they are earned if they are not redeemed, as such the self-exclusion period creates a situation where you would not be in a position to play again before the points expire.

The above being the case there's no grounds for us to ask Lucky247 to pay anything.

This case can be closed, it was an error on my part, sorry for wasting your time. I should have used them before I self excluded.
